Mental health support for Main Campus students

All currently enrolled University of Arizona students can be seen at Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS).

If you have never been seen at CAPS or it’s been 6 months since your last visit, you'll have a brief meeting with a counselor to get started. Due to social distancing recommendations, all CAPS services are only available online via HIPAA secure Zoom: https://caps.arizona.edu/get-started.

The CAPS Mental Health Services & Basic Needs Directory has information about additional resources and services available to University of Arizona students.

Mental health support for Arizona Online and Distance Education students

Arizona Online and Distance Education students qualify for three free counseling sessions with iConnectYou.

Arizona Online students can find out more about available health care and mental health support options at the following link: https://health.arizona.edu/arizona-online-students.

Mental health support for faculty & staff

Faculty and staff can receive mental health services through Life & Work Connections.

Crisis Support

If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency room.

For urgent but non-emergency help, you can call a 24/7 crisis support hotline.
