Our curriculum is designed to provide students with a strong conceptual and analytical foundation in ecological and evolutionary biology principles, and in the associated processes underlying the origin and maintenance of life’s diversity and the structure and dynamics of Earth’s natural systems.

We offer programs of study leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (General Biology or Biomedical Sciences track), or a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioinformatics (4 tracks offered: Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Molecular & Cellular Biology, Systems Biology, or Computer Science).  Minors are also offered in Biology, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, and Marine Science.
