Zoom Drop In Advising Guidelines: 

  • These drop in times are hosted by our Program Coordinator, Sarah Kortessis, so you will not see your specific advisor
  • You will be placed in a virtual waiting room.  Please make sure your screen name is accurate and you have your student ID  number ready
  • Students will be seen on a first come, first served basis.  Wait times may vary
  • Drop in advising meetings last 10  minutes.  If you need additional support you will be referred to an appointment with your advisor at a later date
  • The Zoom drop in room could be locked before the posted end time if capacity is reached.  Students in the waiting room are not guaranteed a meeting as there is a hard end time at 11AM
