Minor in Biology
A minor in Biology is a great opportunity to take upper division Genetics along with electives in the following categories: Physiology; Genetics; Cell/Molecular Biology; Organismal Biology; and Ecology, Evolution, & Behavior.
Minor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology
A minor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology is a great opportunity to take the upper division courses on Ecology and Evolution with electives in the following categories: Organismal Biology; and Ecology, Evolution, & Behavior.
Minor in Marine Science
The marine science minor is a broad introduction to the world’s oceans and designed to acquaint you with the major aspects of the marine system: the biological ocean, the physical ocean and the human impacts on the ocean. You take a variety of upper division courses in these categories.
Heads up- Students who intend to pursue a graduate degree program in oceanography or marine sciences should combine this minor with a degree program in a relevant science.
