The mission of the Precision Nutrition and Wellness Initiative is to determine and optimize the state of health of individuals in order to predict and prevent disease and increase overall quality of life. This is achieved through integration of scientific research, next-generation technologies, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle design.

Research Aims:

Utilize advances in genomics, metabolomics, microbiome, health monitoring and machine learning technologies to quantify an individual's state of health, prevent disease and treat existing conditions.

Optimize the state of health through balancing sleep and stress along with precision nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, based on an individual's immune function, cognition, genetics, metabolism and environment.

Design a new healthcare model connecting patient, physician and researchers for prediction and/or early detection of pathological processes, subsequently facilitating the prevention of disease onset and the optimization of health.
