The CARE Committee is pleased to announce our First Annual EEB Undergraduate Research Open House on Monday, September 29th, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM on the BSW Veranda. This event will replace the usual Monday seminar slot that day and is dedicated to engaging our undergraduates with the diverse research opportunities across our department.

EEB Faculty: We would like to invite each of your labs to participate in the open house. The goal is to create an opportunity for undergraduates to connect with our research community, learn more about our department and potential positions, research credit hours, and ways to get involved. We will be inviting our majors, students in other departments, as well as various student groups on campus.
To support this, we ask that each participating lab highlight the range of research experiences that may be an option (i.e., field/lab work, research opportunities, honors theses), and perhaps highlight past undergraduate research topics and opportunities. We greatly appreciate your participation in making this first Open House and meet and greet a success, and we look forward to seeing your lab represented. Please do pass along to anyone who may be interested.
