On Monday, September 29, the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) welcomed undergraduate students from across campus to its inaugural Open House on the Biosciences West Veranda. With nearly every lab represented, students from all majors explored current research initiatives, met faculty and graduate students, and learned how to get involved in hands-on scientific inquiry. Thanks to the support of the EEB CARE Committee, this new annual event fosters meaningful connections and empowers undergraduates to thrive in their academic and research pursuits.
We’re excited to make this a tradition—and we can’t wait to see you next year!
